Quality & After Sales Services
Common goal of all Eutron processes is Customer satisfaction. Identification, acknowledgment and implementation of customer requirements are considered as primary elements necessary to the objective, along with tightly managed quality systems.
Eutron drives this thinking through every aspect of its business and especially within its staff via training and awareness of quality policy, and quality systems, empowerment of staff, quality reporting and customer satisfaction indexes.
Continuous improvement is a policy driven by the Managing Director himself and entrusted to the whole company. Its aim to improve products and services quality by acting on all processes and areas in the company, from quotation to products delivery, and all the intermediate processes there in. Eutron also drives this mentality to their preferred suppliers.
The Quality Director along with the Quality team, continuously monitor the quality systems to ensure they in line with the current company and customer needs. This also includes Audits both internal and of suppliers, and regular customer meetings. Eutron is ISO9001 - 2000 certified.
Organisation
The Quality Assurance organisation is inclusive of the following departments:
- Incoming Materials
- Product Quality Control
- After Sales Service
Incoming Materials Department
The Incoming Materials Department conducts two main activities: The control and verification of incoming material, based on purchase orders and technical specifications, and the management of material quality and Non-conformity including conducting audits directly at supplier sites.
Product Quality Control Department
The Product Quality Control Department guarantees the compliance of products with technical specifications by applying the IPC-class II standard as well as specific customer requirements. Any non-conformity are immediately analysed and a process improvement implement. This department is responsible for the quality personnel on the production lines, and uses a general philosophy of 100% visual inspection.
After Sales Service Department
The After Sales Service Departments main goal is to provide a repair and refurbishment solutions for Eutron’s customers.Eutron can, on request, also provide training programs and equipment such that the supplier can set up his own service centre’s.
