Sales
Order Management
Interfacing with the customer to receive new orders and instructions, maintaining customer forecast, and aligning this data with manufacturing and materials groups.
Issues or requests outside of the normal day to day running of the customer business are then escalated to the KAM – Key account manager.

Key Account Management
Specifically focused on existing customers businesses, maintaining good levels of communications and awareness within the customer organisation, and resolving and escalating issues before they become a problem.
The key account manager is empowered to discuss and negotiate items such as particular requests in production volume outside normal flexibilities, and cost reduction initiatives, engineering activities, etc.
The key account manager is accountable to both the customer and the Eutron executive management for the smooth running of the business with in his charge.

Sales
The Sales team helps customers to properly identify the product and service needs, though understanding and “translating” them into technical and commercial proposals.
This team also tends to customer inquiries, requests for information and quotations, and works together with the customer to define their development, and global manufacturing strategy. It is the sales team that aligns the customer requests to the service offering of Eutron and develops individual customer solutions for specific customer design and production needs.
