In the last years several improvement projects, mostly inspired by Lean Manufacturing, have been successfully implemented to streamline the processes, improve quality and increase customer satisfaction.

Here some of them:

  • Relayout of manufacturing area and 5S implementation.
  • Set-up time reduction (SMED).
  • Quality and test data collection and st​atistical data analysis and pass/failure traceability.
  • Kan-ban.
  • Material traceability.

A big focus is on demand analysis, planning processes and supply chain control to ensure the best service level.
